At the heart of this initiative is the Carbon Neutrality Industrial Park in Wusong Smart City, located in Baoshan district. Li Chenhao, Party secretary of Baoshan, emphasized the district’s dedication to fostering a sustainable future through innovative approaches to supply chain management. The launch of the initiative signals Baoshan’s commitment to creating a conducive environment for businesses, investors, scientists, and professionals to collaborate towards building a greener, more sustainable supply chain ecosystem.
As part of its efforts, Baoshan district has introduced a comprehensive action plan aimed at accelerating the development of the green low-carbon supply chain system. Moreover, in a move towards collaboration and standardization, Baoshan has formed a green low-carbon supply chain alliance comprising major state-owned enterprises.
