A new state-of-the-art logistics center has been completed near Bucharest, Romania, following a significant Austrian-led investment exceeding EUR 15 million. The facility enhances regional supply chain capabilities, boosting warehousing and distribution operations in Eastern Europe.
The project features a 5,500-square-meter warehouse capable of storing over 5,000 pallets, alongside a modern 3,500-square-meter office space. Developed on a 31,454-square-meter land parcel in Domnești, this investment supports the growing demand for efficient logistics infrastructure in the region.
Plans are already underway for the second phase of expansion, which will add another 8,500 square meters of warehouse capacity. This forward-looking approach is expected to further streamline goods movement and strengthen Romania’s position in the European logistics landscape.
The development aligns with broader efforts to improve cross-border trade flow and regional supply chain efficiency, positioning Romania as a rising logistics hub in Southeastern Europe.
