Solomon Addai is an accomplished business leader and the Chief Executive Officer of Modern World Logistics Ltd. With expertise in freight logistics, Solomon has played a pivotal role in the company’s success by offering a comprehensive range of services to clients worldwide. His knowledge of international trade, supply chains, and transparency has contributed significantly to the growth and success of Modern World Logistics Ltd.

Solomon’s career in the freight logistics industry began over 20 years ago as a Shipping Clerk and has undertaken various positions and roles in reputable companies, gaining extensive experience and knowledge in the field. In 2012, he founded Modern World Logistics Ltd and has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer. His commitment to excellence, industry certifications, and continuous learning has positioned him as a trusted expert in the industry.

Solomon’s professional accomplishments include coordinating the customs clearance of significant projects such as the MV FPSO Kwame Nkrumah’s arrival in Ghana’s Jubilee Field for its official commissioning ceremony. He has also led and coordinated the customs clearance and delivery of mining equipment, plants, and machinery, contributing to the establishment of mining sites in Ghana. Furthermore, Solomon has been involved in initiatives such as launching a subscription code to support childhood cancer treatment and authoring a tribute book to commemorate his daughter who died of leukemia and support children with cancer in Ghana with the proceeds from the sale of the book and through other fundraising initiatives.

Throughout his career, Solomon has witnessed the industry’s evolution, with a greater reliance on technology for managing operations. He recognizes the importance of embracing modern technologies and trends such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and sustainability in shaping the future of the freight and logistics industry.
